Instructors are familiar with the a host of martial arts and are committed to providing high level instruction for all fitness levels, genders and ages. It's important to us that everybody understands the principles of self defence and body movement so that it provides a common base to learn individual systems from there. Guest instructors from different systems are also likely to pop in to teach a class or two! :-)
Classes are structured for the whole session and incorporate many different elements that are important for the students' overall development.
